Ali Moloo

Ali co-founded and launched myDigitalOffice in 2015 to provide customers with centralized, digital access to all of their hotel’s most critical documents and cross-functional performance metrics. After the acquisition of MDO by Cove Hill Partners in 2022, Ali continued to shape further acquisitions and the unification of several best-in-class solutions that became the Otelier platform. Prior to myDigitalOffice, Ali was CEO of one of the fastest-growing office product companies in Canada. In college, Ali helped launch a property management company, Highpoint Management, which grew its asset base to $40 million. Ali was named by Phocuswright among the Best and Brightest Travel Leaders Under 35, Class of 2019, and a Hotel Business Lodging Luminary in 2022. Outside of work, Ali likes to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs under the EO Accelerator program.
Rob Lawrence

Rob has a proven track record of unlocking value in companies at varying stages along the maturity curve. His unique strengths include developing and executing differentiated business strategies; creating high-performing, customer-centric winning cultures; and developing extraordinary teams. Prior to joining Otelier, Rob was COO at Formstack, responsible for leading and driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and customer journey, including sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and customer support. Before that, he served as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at LogMeIn (now GoTo), and VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Skillsoft, Inc. Rob sits on multiple non-profit boards, where he is a champion of education reform. Outside of work and volunteering, Rob can be found standing on a soccer sideline, on a mountain, a beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Joe Mathews

Joe Mathews is Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Otelier, where he leads the sales team’s efforts to help hospitality companies simplify operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. He brings more than 15 years of enterprise sales and sales leadership experience, having held senior roles at Dialpad, Qualia, Belfry, and SolarWinds, where he built high-performing teams and drove consistent revenue growth across the technology and hospitality industries.
Joe also serves as a board member for Hope for Minds, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting kids recovering from brain injuries. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas State University.
Outside the office, Joe lives in Dripping Springs, Texas, with his wife, Melida, and their two children, Cecelia (7) and Sam (5). He spends his free time fly fishing, golfing, hiking, and camping with his family.
Rupali Sawhney

Her strategic vision stems from leadership roles spanning the complete client lifecycle—enterprise sales, customer success, product management, and solution delivery—giving her a unique cross-functional perspective ideal for catalyzing change.
As Head of Professional Services at Quickbase and former VP of Customer Delivery and Experience at Saama and IBM Watson (now Merative), Rupali has orchestrated comprehensive transformations in service delivery and customer experience. Her executive tenure at Pegasystems and Sovos further showcases her talent for building high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional business value.
Known for her strategic acumen and relentless commitment to flawless execution, Rupali excels at translating client needs into actionable strategies, elevating customer satisfaction, and converting clients into passionate brand advocates who drive business growth.
Ani Gujrathji

Ani brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS businesses, leading global product and engineering teams, and driving platform modernization. Most recently, he served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at Conexiom, where he helped scale the company to $40 million in ARR while transforming the platform into a cloud-native, AI-enabled solution set. He has also held engineering leadership roles at Zenoss, Kibo Commerce, Volusion, and Dell, bringing deep experience integrating acquired platforms, simplifying complex architectures, and scaling teams with operational discipline.
Maggie Mistovich

As head of marketing, Maggie drives brand strategy and demand generation to help hotel owners and operators unlock stronger operational performance through data. She brings more than 18 years of experience leading high-growth marketing initiatives across hospitality and technology. Prior to Otelier, Maggie served as VP of Marketing at TextUs, where she scaled pipeline growth and strengthened the company’s market position in competitive B2B SaaS environments. Prior to her career in tech, she led digital strategy and revenue-driving marketing programs at Stonebridge Companies, directly supporting hotel performance and commercial success. Her background across hotel operations, lifestyle brands, and SaaS enables her to translate industry challenges into measurable growth strategies that deliver real business impact.
Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She played D1 soccer while pursuing her undergrad at IUPUI (now known as IU, Indianapolis). She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver. Maggie resides in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with her husband and bird dog (a yellow lab), pursuing all the Rocky Mountain outdoors have to offer.
Moira O’Connor

Moira is a seasoned SaaS CFO with 15+ years of experience turning financial operations into strategic engines for growth. She has guided companies through fundraising, M&A, and successful exits — all while fostering people-first cultures where great work and good times go hand in hand.
