Ali Moloo

Executive Chairman

Ali co-founded and launched myDigitalOffice in 2015 to provide customers with centralized, digital access to all of their hotel’s most critical documents and cross-functional performance metrics. After the acquisition of MDO by Cove Hill Partners in 2022, Ali continued to shape further acquisitions and the unification of several best-in-class solutions that became the Otelier platform. Prior to myDigitalOffice, Ali was CEO of one of the fastest-growing office product companies in Canada. In college, Ali helped launch a property management company, Highpoint Management, which grew its asset base to $40 million. Ali was named by Phocuswright among the Best and Brightest Travel Leaders Under 35, Class of 2019, and a Hotel Business Lodging Luminary in 2022. Outside of work, Ali likes to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs under the EO Accelerator program.

Rob Lawrence

Chief Executive Officer

Rob has a proven track record of unlocking value in companies at varying stages along the maturity curve. His unique strengths include developing and executing differentiated business strategies; creating high-performing, customer-centric winning cultures; and developing extraordinary teams. Prior to joining Otelier, Rob was COO at Formstack, responsible for leading and driving the company's go-to-market strategy and customer journey, including sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, and customer support. Before that, he served as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at LogMeIn (now GoTo), and VP of Strategy and Corporate Development at Skillsoft, Inc. Rob sits on multiple non-profit boards, where he is a champion of education reform. Outside of work and volunteering, Rob can be found standing on a soccer sideline, on a mountain, a beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. He is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jason White

Chief Revenue Officer

Jason has more than two decades experience in scaling SaaS businesses across various verticals. Most recently, he doubled ARR at Vyopta within 18 months by driving go-to-market activities and growing new and expanding business, contributing to a successful exit with HP. Before that, he spent 19 years with Planview, leading a sales strategy that contributed to exponential growth and participating in several mergers before acquisitions by Insight Venture Partners and later Thoma Bravo. At Otelier, Jason is committed to exceeding company growth expectations by closely collaborating across teams, ensuring a customer-centered approach to product innovation, and maximizing enterprise value through renewals and expansion. A graduate of the University of Texas, Jason lives near Austin with his wife and two kids, and is an avid fan of all UT sports.

Shams Chauthani

Chief Technology Officer

Shams comes to Otelier with over two decades of experience in spearheading engineering teams and scaling product development in B2B SaaS organizations. As CTO, he oversees the company's strategic technical direction, ensuring Otelier's platform continues to bring innovative solutions in the hospitality space. Before joining Otelier, as a CTO at Zilliant, Shams led the delivery of a cloud native AI/ML data platform that drove measurable top line and profit improvements for their customers. Away from the digital world, Shams is drawn to the untouched beauty of Iceland, a place that resonates with his desire for exploration and simplicity.

Joshua Kosakowski

Director of Customer Support

Joshua has had a lifetime affinity for information technology and has worked in the field for more than a dozen years. He believes in creative solutions to problem solving and is a leader that seeks to embody a philosophy of world class customer service. When he isn’t plucking away at a computer problem, you can find Joshua in the mountains doing his best to get lost, or in the gym equally lost in thought. An avid backpacker and hiker, Josh has lived the digital nomad life, but currently resides in Burlington, Vermont. His favorite places are the national parks of Colorado or his partner’s family farm in a quiet and remote village in Poland.

Linda Neff

SVP, Professional Services & Customer Management

Linda has spent the last 10 years leading all post-sales customer facing functions for SaaS companies. She is a change leader that drives operational excellence in high growth companies and is passionate about delivering value throughout the customer journey. Most recently, Linda was the VP of Professional Services at Vena Solutions, an FP&A platform that helped companies across various industries with their financial planning. Outside of the office, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and hiking with her two Portuguese Water Dogs. She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. Her favorite places to travel are Uganda and anywhere on the Carolina Coast.

Chris Phillips

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Phillips leads all aspects of the Finance, Accounting, IT and Legal departments at Otelier. He is a seasoned finance executive and general manager who has led financial operations for growth stage companies, both venture capital- and private equity-backed, in the financial services and software industries. Additionally, he has extensive M&A experience, advising or participating in more than $30 billion of M&A transactions throughout his career. Most recently, Chris was the CFO of BentoBox, a B2B SaaS company focused on the restaurant vertical that was sold to Fiserv in 2021. Chris currently resides in Denver. When he isn’t working, Chris enjoys skiing, hiking, reading and spending time with his wife and son. He grew up near Indianapolis.

Peggy Scholzen

VP of Human Resources

Peggy has extensive experience in human resources and operations across the technology, financial services, manufacturing and transportation services industries. Prior to joining Otelier, Peggy worked in both public and private organizations as Chief HR Officer and VP HR. Recently, Peggy led a transformation effort with International Money Express. She spent almost 3 years with a Vista Equity owned organization, Greenway Health. She kicked off her career in intelligence and undersea warfare in the U.S. Navy. After moving around quite a bit for her career, Peggy now resides in Atlanta, and her favorite travel destination has been excursions to Blue Ridge, GA, to explore all it has to offer in hiking, cuisine, and mountain golf.

Niki Johnson

Chief Product Officer

As Chief Product Officer, Niki oversees the overall strategy, development, and success of Otelier’s product suite, focused on ensuring the product aligns with the company's goals and meets customer needs. Niki brings more than a decade of experience in the travel and hospitality technology industry. Her journey in the travel and technology industry began at Sabre Hospitality Solutions, where she held progressive roles in product management and strategy, leading teams through new product innovations and launches. Niki has an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to all the wine regions the globe has to offer. Her favorite travel destination (so far) is Buenos Aires, Argentina.
